Qissa Plus is billed through the App Store or Google Play, so changes are made on your device — not on this site. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Check your internet connection and that you have stories left — Free accounts include 5; Plus gives 30 a month. If one still won't generate, close and reopen the app, then try again. If it keeps failing, tell us below which topic/language you chose.
In the app, go to Account → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.
Turn your device volume up and make sure silent mode is off. If a specific story's audio seems wrong, re-open it so it re-downloads — and let us know which story below so we can check it.
Pull down to refresh in the app, or restart it — monthly credits and one-time packs can take a moment to sync. If they still don't show after a restart, contact us with your purchase details and we'll sort it out.
